Poly Bags
Bottom Seal
Flat poly bags with a single strong seam across the base — built to your exact specs.
What are bottom seal bags?
Bottom seal bags — also called flat poly bags or bottom weld bags — are made by sealing a continuous tube of polyethylene across the bottom of the bag. That creates a single strong seam at the base, with no seals along the sides; the bag is then cut to size and left open at the top for easy loading.
Because the weight of the contents rests on the bottom seal rather than weaker side seams, it is one of the most structurally sound ways to make a plastic bag — especially for products that are heavy, sharp-edged, or stacked.
